Emily is a master-certified SCC coach and is PCC accredited with the International Coaching Federation. Emily has coached multiple leaders as they prepare for CEO roles, as well as high-performing women and men at all levels in large private and non-profit organizations.

Emily has additional experience working in HR on an Organization and Leadership Development Team. She holds multiple certifications covering topics like communication, change management, and psychological safety.

Christine is a podcast producer who loves podcasts, hosting, and design. After years in corporate sales, Christine did a career 180 and has been working in media production and content strategy since 2014. She worked on Lewis Howes’ brand, The School of Greatness, for four years, where she grew his top-ranked podcast from less than 1 million downloads to over 80 million.

In 2018, she stepped away from producing that brand and started Worthfull Media. Since then it has grown to support dozens of small businesses, personal brands, and larger endeavors in launching and growing shows with impact.

Kara is a student at BYU-Idaho, majoring in marketing. Prior to starting this role, she ran her own successful graphic design company and held a role in graphic design marketing. Kara has had diverse experience including the creation of billboard advertisements to website and app user experience.

Kara has worked with multiple companies throughout the United States and will be taking the lead in developing all aspects of marketing for the podcast.

Kiva began her career working for CBS Radio as an executive producer where she led top-ranked programs. She then spent close to two decades working as a media specialist and social media manager.

Kiva has deep experience conceptualizing and executing high-quality YouTube campaigns, successfully growing subscriber bases by 163% through strategic content creation and audience engagement.
